@matt FreeBSD is really nice, but it's not Linux. :P I prefer Linux on the workstation.

@matt I wouldn't use Arch either if I was using a DE like KDE. :)

@matt Gentoo is rolling release as well, but you have way more control of everything, including the balance between stable packages and new packages.

@matt I don't like it either. :) That's partly why I switched to Gentoo on my workstation. And I totally agree with it being pushed to early, just look at what happened to Debian. They lost a lot of devs because of Systemd, it's those guys who created Devian, the Debian fork with OpenRC. :)

@matt Rolling releases doesn't equal unstable software though. :) But I think it mostly comes down to if you run a DE or not. I've been using Arch for 8 years now, but with very simple desktops like i3 and I have never had any real issues. :) What issues did you have with Arch?

I personally prefer Linux distros with a DIY approach to it, but I got to say that Antergos is a really good alternative if you want something close to Arch out of the box with a graphical installer and a desktop environment. I installed it yesterday with the Openbox desktop in a virtual machine and it both looks and works good with minimal effort. :antergos:

@danyspin97 It's Apples fault that everyone call it podcast instead of netcast. The pod in podcast comes from the name iPod and once you learn about it, you get triggered every time someone say podcast. :D
