Today was one awkward convo with my VP about my manager... -sigh- I don’t think that change I want is going to happen.

I had a conversation with my VP and my manager is upset we didn’t invite him. 🙄🙄🙄

Yeah, my legs were cement this morning. Could not go. :(

I want to go back to being the weight I was in HS, but I know that’s never going to happen. However my brain tells me to reach for an impossible goal so I could forever work towards it.

I worked out and massaged my muscles on the foam rollers, AND MY LEGS HATE ME NOW. Idk why it took so long for the pain to hit but I can’t walk :(

I finally used a foam roller at the gym today and did not realize how much it would HURT. I felt better after completing my sets on it, but it still was a massive pain.

Now i know that i need to stretch and massage more often

when will an asteroid obliterate everything?
