Controversy aside, cool project. It's in my RSS reader now.

@n8 apparently @nextclouders uses ActivityPub to sync events between servers. Not sure how to get those out into another form. It does provide for a small pre-file chat.

@liw I think no-op in interesting because it measures your shutdown time as well. Might also be interesting to look at how much impact the job having artifacts effects the result.

I'd think that jobs per-time is really dependent on number and type of runners. So it wouldn't be as interesting during development. Impacts deployment decisions not development ones.

@liw I think it is time from event to the point where the user specified part of the CI job is run.

@sanspoint ah, interesting. I use a few, but the others, they've never gotten in my way.

But, RSS is a standard, it doesn't matter what you use to read it. And that's wonderful.

@n8 personally I just version control individual small things, and let everything else ride. Mostly use defaults.

Important things like my VIM config though... 😄
