Listen I saw a really good dog on the tube, and I was managing to be silent until it padded in front of me and did the cutest little stretch and i went "ooooh a nice stremtch" and it's owner was lovely and told me it was it's birthday and I patted it and it put its little paws on my knee

I forgot to lock that post but heck to it

So I faded away from posting here as my mental health took a big slide. I've been quite convinced that not being alive would be preferable. I am not currently taking any medication or receiving any therapy, my Dr is in Rotherham and I am in London and I am refusing to either change Dr or go to Rotherham. Today I feel kinda ok now that I've showered. I've taken the bus to the shopping centre and it's pretty scary but I haven't gone back yet.

I am riding the shower-momentum-wave out of the house and onto a bus

@dadegroot I found some BBC stuff but it's things like dramas and news, ideally I'd find a top-40 chart countdown complete with adverts that someone taped at some point
