i hadn't won a single unranked match beforehand but i'll take this over that any day

did horribly yesterday but won 3 matches in ranked today

@ratbaby figured as much! it's pretty common knowledge that folks should trim their dogs' claws, so there's usually a very good reason when people don't, or at least put it off as long as possible

the most i want to know is what content that seems parallel to my interests has been recently added. i don't need a preview for it playing every single time i open netflix for years after it's released

and honestly i'm pretty capable of deciding what i want to watch myself. hence the shows in my "continue watching" list that are being progressively bumped down under more ads and "trending" content

i don't mind recommendations in moderation, but autoplaying video ads taking up large chunks of the UI with shows i'd rather never have to know exist are extremely not cool

netflix has changed its layout again to include secondary large video ads in the middle of the listings and i'm really getting tired of it

i really need to find a good pair of clippers for willow's claws. the last ones i had would crack them horribly and hurt her in the process. though it really doesn't help that she chews her claws to smithereens too :/

@masklayer @ratbaby @maloki as a former groomer, yes, they need clipping. but i'm also gonna say that imo it's not a huge sin to not trim them if your dog is especially anxious about them or if you don't have the means/money to do it

it's been a few days at least since i briefly got the idea

there was a game i was gonna download that i've completely forgotten about and the worst part is, i know it's a little more obscure than most games i've seen folks play even on here, so i'm not sure if i'll remember what it is while i'm still in the mood for trying out some new stuff

i'm still gonna watch discovery to its end probably, which is more than i can say about enterprise, but i'm still gonna be super salty about the whole thing where it's not very much like a star trek
