@neugierdsnase chaos and order are both quite arbitrary when compared to human actions and nature. it's all entirely subjective and one person's order could be another's chaos.

hell, one could enjoy chaos more than order, our society just prefers to pump order because it relies on the idea, and we're prone to leaning toward the status quo.

on a similar note, chaos and order are two extremes like hot and cold. i believe people need something in between.

i know celeste is going to be the kind of game that's too frustrating for me to enjoy, but i still very much want to play it because so many folks i know have recommended it

i did a shower, hooray

normal things like stretching, or even just trying to move in a certain way, can be quite painful. which makes stretching and exercising hard, and it all feeds into itself

also, having less fat on my body makes it feel more masculine due to not being as soft and rounded out, which adds gender dysphoria on top of the physical pain and the mental reminder that i'm weak and vulnerable.

still very distraught by my body being in such bad shape. being underweight, fragile, low on energy, and almost always sore or feeling uncomfortable...all because of stress and having difficulty eating...not fun one bit

i feel like someone could easily kill me or at least seriously injure me if i got in a fight at all.

wish i remembered any of the kata i learned in karate like a decade ago because it was a good way to relieve stress. a punching bag would be nice too but i'm afraid my body might not handle that well right now, and we don't have the space for one anyway
