On top of my home remodel woes, I think the boss has figured out I'm looking for a job. I've worked late everyday for the last 3 weeks and on Saturdays. I was just told/asked to come in tomorrow. I haven't had time to find a job.

Life's upside down for me right now. My house is a mess and we're now on our 3rd contractor. I don't know what it is. They seem to like starting jobs and then leaving to start others without finishing ours. It's like the contractor version of vendor lock in. I guess people accept that. I don't.

But then acknowledge that you are not a proponent of free speech. I also have a problem with the nazi label because it's clearly being used on people who are not nazis, but merely have a different political belief. If our society and culture are going to survive, we're gonna have to get along better.

@pcrock I don't necessarily believe that big corporations are intentionally malicious. I'm sure they may have a few malicious employees. Their goal is to make money based on a profit model that takes their needs into consideration and not necessarily consider the needs or desires of their customers.

@codesections I don't believe in silencing anybody, no matter how much I disagree with them or how ugly their position. The current trend to remove people and oraganizations from social media is the modern equivalent of book burning. The cost of free speech is tolerance. If you will not endure the tolerance, you do not believe in true freedom of speech.
