The sell is really where I'll need Ryan. I'm good at it alone, but we are frighteningly good at it when we are working in concert.

I'm good at logistics. I figure out how to do things, and then I figure out how people can contribute and how they can benefit, and then I orchestrate the little pieces until we get to the big pieces.

I work best with a team, and tomorrow I'm convincing them that it's worthwhile for us to act as a team.

I'm presenting to them plans that have been in the works in one form or another since before we closed the record store.

This is basically a "here's what I've been thinking about and working on" session.

I'm focusing on the big idea, the sell, and then on the next actions.

I want everyone to walk away with a clear vision and a reasonable idea of how we'll track milestones, and how everyone can contribute, and why.

I'm mentally prepping myself for what will likely be a marathon day tomorrow.

I'm 1.5 hours from the house. (I really want to say home, but I can't live there right now. Only vacation.)

Tomorrow, I'm getting up early, I'm seeing my father, with whom I will discuss toys, restoration, reproduction, and manufacturing.

Then I'll meet up with all of my oldest and closest friends, and we'll continue that discussion, with some expansion in scope from toys to... Everything.

@LuigiEsq Moe's is the right wing candidate. They stole their whole schtick from a GA joint called Willie's after the owner of Willie's refused to let them franchise.

@RawPecans until Wednesday. We're in DC usually, but we come back to the mountains every two or three months.

@RawPecans just picked him up from one of the groomers at Cumming.

He's acclimating.

@cylb oh neat! I had no idea.

I know these arcade 1-up machines aren't particularly great, but turtles in time was the first game I ever finished, and I finished it *at an arcade* with three other seven year olds and I ... Well I spent an hour playing it at Walmart today along side a kid who was probably about 10.

It made me feel good to play the game again, and to help the kid get to the end.

@cylb I'm certain this means something, I have no idea what that might be.

I had a couple of toys from this line as a kid, got them from a liquidator after they didn't sell from the original retailer.

Never had the dinosaur. Always wanted it. Now I have it.
