@wiretap Yes, a lot of open source software never reach a stable status. Sometimes that is because they use a very conservative version numbering, but mostly it's because the maintainer don't have the time or motivation.

On the other hand, unstable versions of proprietary software are most of times never shared with the outside world. Many times software projects are cancelled, cause the company needs the developer for other, more profitable projects or the developer leaves the company.

1. You are still not complying with the AGPL. Although Syuilo is by far the most active contributor, there are also other contributors.

2. I didn't start a shitstorm. I informed the community, inspired about what happened with #Hiveway. And whatever you say, the site had 0% mention of Misskey and the AGPL. It still hasn't (a link to a zip file is by far not enough).

3. As an anarchist, I distrust people wanting to make money. Bankers and crypto-kiddies alike.

@Gargron @nutomic Just read this: https://juliareda.eu/2018/09/ep-endorses-upload-filters/ and especially the pdf (search for small). It seems that at this moment small and non-commercial entities are excluded.

And this an proposal that goes back to the European Commission and then to the member states. So it can become worse or better. Two words: Don't Panic!
