    I generally don't take part in programming language debates because most of them have to do with personal habit more than inherent strengths and weaknesses, but this criticism of the choice of a very implicit language for what is essentially banking contracts rings true to me. There's a good reason significant parts of current banking software is still written in COBOL, a very rigid language.

    Someone fraudulently made a little over US$110,000 in Ethereum with peer-reviewed code (!!) and a bait-and-switch scheme exploiting FOMO. The only reaction is “we should do better” and if this doesn't discourage you from dabbling in cryptocurrencies, I don’t know what will.

    In general, but it was confirmed in this game. Many of them were well-designed and enjoyable to me, but some felt unfair and not particularly satisfying even after completing them. Like the final boss fight which was a painful experience for me the first time around, and almost too easy the second time after ransacking the world for secrets.

    #MiniReview: I just beat Hollow Knight (2017) but by no mean completed it. My journey was made much more enjoyable equipped with the fan-made wiki. I reached 93% completion thanks to it, avoiding mostly boss fights which I have had mixed feelings about.
