The oldest feature that has not been released is Instagram Import.
I had a working implementation on April 26th, 1 month before the project name or code was even announced. It's in the git history https://github.com/pixelfed/pixelfed/blob/dev/database/migrations/2018_04_26_003259_create_import_jobs_table.php
This and remote follows are my priorities for the next day or two!

Proudly written in PHP, Pixelfed has embraced a UI driven development approach.
Users don't care if :pixelfed: is using the latest or coolest framework or fancy tech, they care about the experience and what they see or feel.
I'd love to see more "uncool" projects in the fediverse.

@jk This is probably due to a recently fixed bug in pixelfed, it was not sending the proper signed headers and pleroma would reject them.
This should be fixed in the v0.8.0 release!

Adding remote profile avatar fetching to pixelfed. Needs some thought for existing instances because pixelfed.social has to fetch 3500 avatars.
