That's not incorrect. If your unit misses several times, then you should expect to hit more frequently after a run of misses, assuming your normal average of hits is greater than zero.

Note to self: There are 365 days in a year.

In #Canada the federal electoral districts contain about 100,000 people, of which around 65,000 are voters (and of which only about 35,000 vote). I think that's under-represented: If the single Member of Parliament that represents the district spent 265 days a year, 8 hours a day with his constituents, he'd be able to spend only about 2 minutes/year with each one. That's not adequate representation, and it's even worse since there's only about 200 working days in a year and the MP spends about half of that in his parliamentary office in Ottawa, away from the constituency. But there's always a huge outcry when the electoral boundaries are adjusted for population increases, resulting in more districts, and so, more politicians. Improving representation by increasing the ratio of politicians to people is just not politically acceptable. #CdnPoli

Although the Canadian Revenue Agency requires you to pay taxes on #Bitcoin transactions, it won't seem like a true currency to me until CRA accepts tax payment in Bitcoin.

That's what we have in Canada. Some companies where the workers are unionized are allowed to hire workers only from the union. Those companies are called "closed shops". It happens especially in public service organizations (municipalities, provincial organizations). The "closed shop" rule is commonly circumvented by hiring independent contractors for long durations.

So many blogs these days offering no RSS/Atom. Ugh. My option then is generally to not read said blogs and quickly forget they exist.
