just out of curiosity, what opinion does !coffee have of turkish? Not that we're the highest traffic group to begin with.
-
I've also paired it with some turkish coffee, so an A+ lunch overall.

@garbados Mini review: patties are fine for burritos but not the best by themselves. Links are a reasonable replacement, would like maple syrup quite a bit.

Buying a bunch of morning star breakfast "sausage" has rekindled my love of breakfast burritos.

You know what's just the best thing? When docs lie. "PixelView provides a 2d memoryview" pixelview does not implement the memoryview interface. It implements literally none of the memoryview interface.

This chinese rom's keyboard has a button dedicated to "^_^" and why isn't this feature in all android keyboards

@brennen Dunno, I use #mutt personally, serves me rather well :)

When you forget you're subscribed to @tek and keep getting confused when you appear in your own timeline with things you forgot to write.

For a kid it would definitely be very frustrating though, like actual solitaire. According to the Switch phone app I've played probably 10 hours of Shephy and I can count the number of games I've won on one hand. The tutorial even prepares you for this (there's no way to win the tutorial game)

You need to understand basic math in the sense of "Okay, I have 4 hundreds and a 300. If I upgrade all but one of the 100s and then use 3 300s to merge with a 100 then I get 1000 sheep and I win"

@lnxw48a1 Oh! Sorry, I must've missed that message. You need to be able to read numbers, and the cards have effects but each of the cards have a unique picture so you can learn them. http://cdn.akamai.steamstatic.com/steam/apps/651340/extras/cards.jpg?t=1502258589 . You do still need to be able to do basic math and understand numbers though

@hfaust Coneheads is also unfiltered akroyd and presents a far darker option.

Additionally (trying to keep conversation neat) we know that the #switch is capable of it. They recently debuted a video share feature which makes use of nvidia's shadow play technology: the last 30 seconds of gameplay, if the game allows it, are constantly recorded and can be shared with a long press of the share button to twitter or facebook. The only catch I can think of is that given the switch's already weak wifi, maybe it won't allow streaming while online (splatoon, etc.)
-
Of course that means that the #switch needs a controller with audio support. I've personally been calling for replacing the IR Camera, which will never be used, with a DAC and headphone jack from the beginning. If I'm using that then I'm probably not playing with 8 players, so the loss of a bluetooth connection for the audio won't be missed.
-
Spent a couple hours streaming last night on my dad's #ps4 . I've got to say that the experience is genuinely really, really nice. You connect up your Twitch account (scan a qr code), then you can press the share button and choose to start broadcasting to Twitch. There's a setting to pipe all of the game audio to your headphones and you can adjust levels easily from the quick menu's audio settings. Really hope the #switch is able to come up with something nearly as good.

Can I really seriously see stuff from up yet?

No clue why it took me so long to think to use a steamer basket to reheat rice..
