@Siphonay i'm just curious what specifically your issue is, and what you'd want instead, just out of curiosity

@Siphonay well, the "servers"/guilds thing is not far off from how i used irc, and i really don't see how you could improve that, especially because different guilds in discord have a right to be "hermetically sealed" from each other - no channel raids like in irc (there are means to prevent that), no ircops who have admin rights in your channel despite not knowing you, etc

what about notifications?

@Siphonay did you change the layout to the compact layout? it's a lot more, well, compact and makes discussions much more readable
