I bought this beautiful leather journal a few weeks ago. I had a couple ideas on what to do with it, but I settled on this idea.

I'm going to write weekly letters to my son, starting today until he turns 18, and hand him a stack of these journals with these letters. I will do the same for my daughter.

I don't know if they will read them, but I hope they do. I will find out in about 20 years.

#Firefox 68 was just released. Apparently this is the new ESR version.

Historically #Debian moves to the newest ESR version, even on Stable, once the old ESR is end-of-lifed. This was the case for Stretch, anyway.

Will be interesting to see if this holds true for Buster as well.

@omnipotens generally I'm ok with off-topic discussions. I'd like many of them (especially inflammatory topics like uspol) to be in CWs, but even I am guilty of not doing that on occasion.

Overall though my local timeline is fine as is, IMO.

@brandon I found the non-free iso was slightly more desired than the free.

@sarchasm scented ink is more for the writer (and innocent bystanders) than the reader. Due to the nature of inks, the scent doesn't last long once put to paper.

For the record, the cartridge happened to run out today.

In the grand scheme of things, it won't matter much either way, it's just the principle of the matter :)
