It's still fast enough for most things, don't worry. Best of luck!
Even though I usually try not to recommend them, an alternative for extreme situations would be a set of PowerLAN adapters.
Oh, and congrats to the office makeover, looks great!

That really depends. Yes, 5GHz will provide more bandwidth / speed, but it's also a lot more flaky when the wireless connection isn't ideal, e.g. when you got a bunch of walls between the extender and the access point.
I'd try it with 5Ghz first, and if that turns out to be too unreliable, switch back to 2.4GHz.
Same here! I keep that hashtag open in a pinned tab since a few days, and it just keeps delivering!
When the new XXL 3D printer arrives...
Which 3D printer would you recommend to someone who got little time for fine tuning and constant maintenence of the device?
In other words: sturdy and accurate over speed, auto-levelling and filament sensor are probably a must-have?
Looking forward to seeing your recommendations!
@JulieSqveakaroo What can I say, I'm an optimist. I'm giving this year a chance to still turn around until Dec 31st.
People discussing plans for January and I'm so not ready to deal with "next year" being only a few days from now 🙉
@amp No mention of either I'm afraid - at least so far, I haven't watched all of it just yet.
Nah, it's a website reviewing and discussing games: check out https://giantbomb.com
@msoucy I didn't really count, so I'm just making up those figures ;-) It's probably more like the 10th cup today.
I usually don't re-steep leaves more than once, but it depends on the tea.
@msoucy Sounds yummy, enjoy! In the meantime I'm making cup #17 😂
@msoucy I've had some turkish apple tea earlier today, but now I've switched to some weird sugary "Blueberry Muffin" flavored tea... and I actually kinda love it.
Correct, Clementine was forked from the old codebase. Today, I still miss a bunch of the old Amarok features myself.
@Jame I wasn't involved in v2 and above, but yeah, large parts of the original Amarok stem from me.
@Jame Just your average Fediverse stranger 😊 Nice to bump into you!
The #35c3 just started and the streams are live!
If you want to download video/audio of talks, here's your yearly reminder that I wrote a little console tool called "sync3c" to automatically filter & sync talks from any #ccc event for you:
Apparently someone managed to call Amazon's support, tricked and convinced them into changing my account's email, ordered something, and eventually proceeded to delete my entire account.
Now Amazon's support refuses to help me for data protection reasons 😂
Looks like it's enough to know someone's address to hijack their #amazon account.
When a 15-year old addresses the world leaders like a bunch of children... and rightfully so! This is so humbling 😯
