@Combaticus @YoVinnie food is another one of these addictions some of us have. Unlike, say, alcohol, we do need food. It's about when, how much, and what.

Not sure why I'm arguing with someone on Reddit about the role of insulin in diabetes and how doctors basically ignore it. Meanwhile, he seems to focus on blood sugar. Which is like focusing on the fact you have a fever when you really have an infection.
