Hillary quote during today's show "[women's] courage... was really important." What the hell does that mean?
Thank you all for your courage. It's really important.

@PhoneBoy your mining crypto-currency for someone ... probably
@mrmcmayhem @SpookyR Excessive punctuation is always disruptive in a text-only chatroom, no matter why you're using it.
That plus the fact that it's often used in an anti-semitic context (which is actually illegal in some of the places No Agenda servers are located) means we have rules that auto-kick. It's not personal, and it's just a temporary kick not a ban.
To be safe, just don't use it in the chat.

This is a great example of the Politician's Syllogism:
1. An event has occurred. We must do something!
2. This is something.
3. Therefore we must do this.
This line of thought is the most prolific source of bad legislation in our society.
Washington governor capitalizes on the latest tragedy to push liberal agenda.

Never let a good crisis go to waste.
I am surprised that anything happened to the students at all.
@chris This isn't about speech or protests, rather it was how they effected those things. If the students held a peaceful protest, that is fine. Threats of physical violence, shutting down other's speech, and harassment is not.
@yukiame I believe I speak for most Internet users when I say "Yahoo is still a thing?"
@SpookyR The Board of Trustees are the only ones at a college who are likely to care about silly things like financial solvency. When they step in they'll be expelling administrators, not students.
Too little, too late.
Evergreen College sanctions 80 students for breaking student conduct code: http://www.theolympian.com/news/local/education/article176254816.html
“They received sanctions ranging from formal warnings, community service and probation, to suspension.” -- but not one single expulsion.
Same old formula: When your position is inferior but you control the government, it's time to shut down the discussion.
