Got my Henckels Classic 6". Realized it's the mass market Spanish line.

It's sharp, one piece, thinner than the pro line (my other knives) but it was only $28 so if it looks like a Solingen Classic and it has a good sharp edge, I can work with it.

Might use it as a large paring instead of a heavy chopper. Use this guy for detail work.

@Johnny_of_the_swamp the issue in DC has always been LGBTQ which is weird because DC has always been a safe haven, at least in Dupont. And the issue in DC has always been race. Racism. Poverty. Homelessness. Education. Diversity. White flight. 1968 riots. It's always been race but white DC has always flown the rainbow flag. It's complicated. Chocolate City and Federal DC are different worlds inhabiting the same map.
