@FssOfDeath my Ryzen has been so good, so cheap and fast as hell. I have it on a custom water loop to keep it chilly, but they're good on air too.

@ink_slinger haven't made that specifically, but have done some infusions.

scored & crushed cherries (lots of the water/juice removed) and maybe a few whole spices (cinnamon stick maybe? cloves? [be light, easily overpowering]) in a cheese cloth bag, seal up in a mason jar for about a week in the fridge. Gently agitate it every day.

or you could cheesecloth on the way out if you want to put it into a fancy vessel when done.
