@Gargron why not just shut down your instance and instead use it as a portal to promote the network. It is very difficult to teach the typical internet user that mastodon is a distributed social network when your site promotes itself. Be a martyr for your cause and you will win in the long run. It is worth the sacrifice to make a real difference and change the you personally want for the Internet.

@HerraBRE I like art for this reason. After working for so long, I can call it done then I will never try to work on that same piece again.
I can spot the mistakes or things I would have done differently, but theres a permanence with paint or sculpture that you just have to live with as a final 'release' of the project.
Anyone have experience with KVM's Hyper-V Enlightenments? I don't see a ton of docs or content on them, just a few of the same linked blog posts from ~2014/2015.
@sconlan use it daily for the chat client and signing/ verifying. weekly for the static site hosting and file sharing, and git integration, monthly for ID proofs.
