Though not because HDDs are useless, but because Windows 10 absolutely wrecks I/O for some reason. I don't know what they did, but I/O usage on Windows 10 is ridiculously high compared to 7 or even 8.1.

When I boot Windows 10 off a HDD it can often take over 10 minutes for HDD active time to drop below 100% according to task manager.

SSD's always good tho

I may not be able to right away because you can currently only do it via the command line on Pleroma
