Some of the recent meta changes I'm kinda proud of: A cleaner README file, a cleaner CONTRIBUTING file, a CHANGELOG file to decouple from GitHub Releases; the nginx and systemd config file examples are now distributed along with Mastodon instead of living in documentation; I cleaned up the labels on the GitHub and added descriptions for all of them, and cleaned up the categories on the Discourse board

I mean, ultimately I'm going to have a defined palette index which gets altered based on hex codes in the back-end code of the character creator, so it doesn't actually matter what colors I'm using for this part at all, which is why I'm letting myself just use whatever's there. >.>
