@thor Everyone on the Internet has very different perceptions about what's the Left (and Social Justice), what's the Right, how it all ties in and whether it's even a valid way of looking at political opinions.
And because of that I'm not even sure if my perception ties in with the classical perceptions of them :-/.

@maiyannah What overblown glitch videos? I just recently rewatched all of Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda %). Even the last season.

@maiyannah It's a bit overrated (it's not the sci-fi messiah) but it's still really quite nice, in my opinion.
So is Star Trek: Discovery though, I liked it. I cannot mentally connect it with TOS or TNG though, it's just so different it could as well hold a different name.
And the JJ Abrams Star Trek movies… I actually saw all of them and I wouldn't have if I were without company. I cannot remember anything positive about them, just dumb and boring.

@bob I personally think Xabber is doing a big mistake. Even if they are afraid because they're doing business in the Russian Federation, I would rather choose software that is not limited by stuff like that.
Besides, Xabber has OTR support…
