@lnxw48a1 I don't think he can be re-elected. But I think Hillary Clinton will try again and successfully this time rendering the first and only positive accomplishment of Trump useless.

@thor Here's from Wikipedia: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/e/e0/Blini_Tanya.jpg
I do see some oladyi in the Startpage.com image query for "blini" so I guess that's what you found :-).
-
@melezh Может, Syncthing :-)?
-
@thor I'm very confused about this pancake matter. I looked at the photographs of crêpes and they look just like blini. But if that's blini but not pancakes, what are pancakes? Oladyi :-)?
-
@thor I think languages really do shape our thoughts, but not exactly literally. Because when one hears what others say, one judges the content of the thing said also by the way it was said. And languages themselves by their word shapes and everything can influence this greatly.
Basically, what I'm saying is that languages shape perceptions and, as a result, our thoughts.

@dtluna Just like GPL, am I right?
-
@ckeen Sure, it's called uBlock Origin and has around for a while ;-).
-
@zoowar What about Reagan?
-
@dtluna Особенно на продукцию монополистов (Comcast?).
-
@staleg That sounds a lot of like "cargo cult", which I suppose is a thing in global politics as well :-).
> And one more aspect. If state CLAIMS that — it looks like it has really NOTHING.
Well, it could have something, but it's better to think that it doesn't until proven otherwise.
-
@dtluna That's kind of the point %).
-
@dtluna Почему ещё один, я тут давно уже :-).
-
@deadsuperhero It's a lot like with freedom and the US, except the US claims to have freedom already.
If a state says it has ideological thing, it doesn't mean it really does have it.
-
@deadsuperhero I'm just saying there is no formal implementation of Communism existing in the world except for so-called Primitive Communism.
What you are likely thinking of is called State Socialism.
The disctintion is important because with those states Communism is not something that is implemented but rather an objective, a promise of something that will be implemented in the future.
Even a libertarian capitalist state can have Communism by that logic if it places Communism as a goal.
-
@melezh Уф, как же сложно сие читать :-).
-
@deadsuperhero So, you know *any* non-hunter-gatherer communist society? Or is the capital "C" here key for Communism the brand %)?
