oh, to be clear, that's in our Workshop that only uses gravatar. I'm not sure about the Swarm product more generally. -

scaling is certainly a major selling point. Also, we handle binary files very well. That's a major reason we are big in the gaming industry. I don't have a ton of vcs experience, so it's hard for me to compare. We used gitlab and github both when I was at !nagios, but mostly I was just filing or commenting on bugs, or just digging through the source to figure out what was actually happening to solve a customer issue. I wasn't maintaining any branches, so it's hard for me to compare. I wouldn't say it's really a github competitor, but we have a github-like thing if you want to give it a whirl: https://swarm.workshop.perforce.com/
It uses gravatar...no way to just upload an avatar, which I think is bizarre, but they didn't ask me as I just started on Feb 12 (I think I mentioned that in my previous post, but just looking at the replies page as I type)...maybe I'll file a feature request -

@craigmaloney I know your metal search doesn't show you just metal, but here's one that isn't tagged as metal that I think will interest you: https://andwe.bandcamp.com/releases (also, feel free to not respond to any of these suggestions...they are just coming out of my stream of consciousness) -

Everybody in the !fediverse needs to follow https://code4lib.social/@gregj
He's into progressive politics and technology (which is pretty vague, but it's been a decade since we've been in the same room)

that's interesting. What would you be using p4merge for, if not using p4? I've only been at Perforce since Feb 12, so I definitely don't know all the ins and outs yet. In conversation from nu.federati.net permalink -

this is basically instrumental sludge. There's really nothing punk about it. I can see the hits of folk, but I personally wouldn't be calling this folk anything. In conversation from nu.federati.net permalink -
