    I accepted the job at Perforce. Mo money, less commute (so fewer problems?). Mo vacation. Pretty much mo of everything good, except it's more corporate which means...maybe I wear a button up shirt? I have some, so no biggie.

    The only issue is it's proprietary. I'm going to try to position myself with the #git integration as much as possible. So... is there a git group around here?

    The thing about Ryno is I could talk sports and music to him. Same thing about @kevie though not sure I'm on his right instance since he never responds to cc music posts.

    About to fly back from denver. I was I NOLA and I did email Dr. Kulp but no response.

    I can't remember if I posted this here but we decided to start allowing -ND on music Manumit. It'll help us get more locals on the show and some bigger names and should bring back some energy to things. I just have no energy these days.

    Still struggling with what to do with myself. I'm very unhappy with the way things are going. I feel like we've lost the !ccmsc community. Meeting up with Ryno and Edy this weekend reminded me of what we had. Probably more later, but gotta back up the laptop.

    @thelovebug@s.wefamlee.be curious what the breakdown is of your audience geographically. I just feel really disconnected and sometimes just depressed about the subject matter. That's more a reflection on the world than it is the show format. There was a time when I was connected to the isles but things have just changed

    I understand you've got shit going on, just like Judd. If I sent you the email thread Tom and I were on with this person bitching, you would understand. I was asking her to come on the show TO FUCKING CORRECT THE PROBLEM OF TOO MANY MEN. I reached out to her. I asked her to suggest other women since she wasn't able to come on. Silence. I post on facebook and twitter for people to help correct the problem. Silence.

    I did just notice that !ccmusic seems to post locally rather than go to a different server. I need to text the group. This is actually the thing that just made me want to give up. Who is here other than you and me? And if I can't get a response on facebook or twitter, where the fuck are these people?

    I guess that's not entirely true. I do enjoy !omc. @thebugcast always gives me ideas, but I don't connect with the British news talk or anything about kids. I just skip through the talky bits. A lot of the music isn't really for me either. The White Market podcast seems to have fallen off.

    I hate to let feminazis win (especially when I spend an epic amount of energy trying to include people from different countries and such), but maybe they are right. The !ccmusic community hasn't brought me any joy for a long time. I'm not in the music industry like my parents. Maybe I should let Tom do his thing and stop blocsonic. Sure, it's cool that I'm one degree of separation from Chuck D, but other than being an interesting conversation piece, what does that get me?
