@Xil i was just reading about smb on wikipedia a while ago, and it mentioned the cause of smb spamming network problem due to bios or such...

(i dont know tech details. I was sys admin back in 2000 and manage intranet smb. but i forgot it all.)

@Xil NFS stands for: Nightmare File System.

When you try to use it, a network disruption, it stuck forever. Was so.

and since Sun is dead, am not sure if it's still used, but at least seems several people are citing it. am not sure for geeking or for real.
