@craigmaloney I'm resigned to the fact that it is increasingly likely there will never be a Gen X POTUS, and Trudeau may possibly be the first and last Gen X Canadian PM, and not a stellar one at that.

Whatever.

The next generation probably won't fully undressed us either, but at least they are facing many of the same challenges as us (even more so), and perhaps millennial leadership will work better for us.

@ink_slinger I've got a headache from my eyes rolling so hard.

To me the fact that the likes of Trudeau and Morneau even came up with the idea of such a cabinet position tells me how far removed they are from the "middle class" much less those in poverty.

They are even quite removed from the "upper middle class".

@ink_slinger the revenue ministry is not a new portfolio, it has been around since the 1920s.

Revenue minister is in charge of taking our money.

Finance Ministry is in charge of spending that money on government programmes.

Treasury board is in charge of the money the politicians spend on themselves.
