@morganth Happy (by now belated) birthday!
On the other hand, I don’t think publishing your birthday is a good idea from a cyber security standpoint.

@nolan NY Times obituaries are guaranteed never to repeat. They often contain history I’d never known about. They’re also the best-written part of the paper, probably because they’re usually prepared long in advance of their occasion.
This is the time of year when I look at a tree and wonder if it’s dead or will start popping buds tomorrow.
Maybe that’s why people don’t do it that way (cont.)
So Theresa May said she’d step down as Prime Minister if Parliament finally approved her Brexit plan, right? And today, given their last chance to approve it, the said No, right?

In the September 24, 2016 edition of the NY Times, on page A7 there’s a half-page ad in which the Thai government attempts to explain its “sufficiency economy philosophy”.
The ad has a Venn diagram showing that from Moderation, Prudence, and Reasonableness you can have any two, but you’ll never snag all three.
I’m almost convinced whoever laid this out wanted to mock the regime. But maybe it’s just too cosmic for me to grasp.
