Hot on the heels of the Erodgan… no.. Euro… Eug… no… Eunomia (whew, what a great name!) announcement, the Pleroma team would like to announce Pleroma’s official strategy of anti-abuse on the Fediverse: PunkBuster

By implementing the award winning PunkBuster we will be able to stop trolls in their tracks by actively monitoring their actions on their desktop computer and mobile devices effectively blocking them from communicating on the Fediverse. PleromaFE will prevent the abusive user from clicking “Submit” button by using the following advanced javascript algorithm which is enabled when PunkBuster detects abhorrent behavior:
