@szbalint depends how you define medicare for all. if it means the govt subsidising private medical companies, or nationalizing healthcare. I don't see any dem nationalizing healthcare, because it's not a thing in liberal economies (and also because part of their funding come from there).

I don't believe he could pull whoever he would campaign for to the left, honestly. The democrats are too bound to their financial sources and centrist/liberal policies imo
