Anybody got good contacts in Cooperative Home Care Associates in NYC?

I am helping a great Japanese co-op group organize their visit in the fall.

@nev @Horst I am thinking that we at social.coop should stop using google docs (despite the usefulness and familiarity of the tool). I also think we should consider hosting tools that we use. So, thinking about how to do that...
We are already using loomio and matrix, which is good.

Can we agree on an alternative to google docs for social.coop use?

If it is a question of hosting, how about we set up an account?

#Loomio tip: if you want to make a proposal and use "fist to five" type decision-making, use a Poll (not a Proposal) and give people options to show their degree of support,e.g.
- I love this and will help make it happen!
- I support this.
- Okay
- I have a concern
- I have an very serious concern
- If this goes through, I have to leave this organization.

This can help the group focus on points of concern and offer revisions that address them.
