Goodnight friends! Dreariness & low grey-white curtains of cloud today–fits & starts of cold drizzle that put me off going outside. The heavy atmosphere also made me feel trapped vertically, as if the sky was squeezing everything down flat & small.
I mananged again to do a little work that felt meaningful to me in the afternoon, &–maybe because I accidentally balanced things out w/specific rest periods–generally I was able to be at peace w/my level of pain &c.
Use #CreativeCommons licences to help others share your work. Free, easy-to-use copyright licenses provide a simple, standardized way for you to give the public permission to share and use your creative work — on conditions of your choice.
Add a Creative Commons "mark" by adding text, icons, and a link to specific licence that defines the (copy)rights and conditions of sharing.
"Freedom Defined" names four necessary characteristics of a free cultural work:
* Freedom to use the work itself. * Freedom to use the information in the work for any purpose. * Freedom to share copies of the work for any purpose. * Freedom to make and share remixes and other derivatives for any purpose.
All the best to you all! Have a bluddy great week and may everyone make it easier for everyone to have an enjoyable, safe and fulfilling life, one step at a time. #kindcore#nicewave#carepunk
