My kid turned 3 recently, and, as a present, I gave them a kid-friendly music player pre-loaded with songs. The speaker is shockingly good, and turning the volume the whole way up can make the music quite loud.

My mother-in-law is Skyping with my sister-in-law, and my kid keeps slowly turning up the music on the player like they're playing a celebrity off-stage at the Oscar's. 😂 😂 😂

@zatnosk Yes, I have a demo of encrypted content addressed storage working that could be used for peer to peer distribution of content on distributed social networks while preserving privacy and without peers / hosts being liable for content, inspired by tahoe-lafs and libchop but composeable with existing URI schemes

Hope to write up a paper today

Folks, if you're at my funeral, please speak about all the great things you imagined I did vs all the awful things I actually did

solving crimes with my sidekick, a talking dog
    fistfighting aliens
raising an elite squad of basketball-playing orphans
curing cancer (even if I died of cancer)
winning a high-stakes poker game with telepathy
breaking up a human trafficking ring with my dog sidekick

    like, really go wild

    In my head I see:
-Running up stairs with tall stack of books
    -Open book, close book
-Scanning a book with your finger, flip page
-Running up stairs with more books
    -Pushups?
-Shooing cat off a book stack
    -B r e w I n g.... c o f f e e
    -Book put on table
    -Open book, close book
-Running up stairs with more books...

    I would watch that montage.
