And now connecting that interface to my laptop...I'm receiving packets... Maybe it's the router's interface that's not replying anymore? :S

Just the strangest thing going on. Was recently testing an old bunk Graphics Card to see if maybe some driver in Windows might be able to save it. Short story: it didn't.
After rebooting after removing the card, my network adapter stops functioning properly. Proper driver installed, lights on on back of adapter, orange light flashing, but green not.
Adapter is set with proper addressing. Just isn't receiving ANYTHING for some reason. Thinking I nicked something with my screwdriver. Idk.

@kev Azure running Windows Server perhaps yes, but AWS, Rackspace and DO are still MUCH more successful in the Linux server space.
For the desktop techies, I don't think that the BASH shell is sufficient :P

@brandon Probably based on sales volume for the amount of effort (labor cost) involved. I'm sure they still use Corel's port of WordPerfect 8 as the prime example of lots of effort to port their programs for little gain in sales. -

@DistroJunkie
Agreed. Although I was surprised at how clean the performance was compared to Linux. Idk why but my windows desktop feels a tad more snappy than the Ubuntu or Mint desktops I've had. I hate it 😂 -

@dpreacher
I'm not sure if readability has the same message, but they do relatively the same thing as pocket and instapaper -

Damn I knew there was a third, I couldn't remember it, but it's called readability -

@dpreacher Aw man that's really cool! It's always nice to see projects you're supporting grow up to be something bigger :)
I didn't like Instapaper in the beginning because they just didn't support a lot of websites' layouts

@dpreacher LOVED the original name of Read it Later but I guess that's basically the name of the category so not exactly the best name for Pocket

@dpreacher Oops, forgot that Read it Later is the former name for Pocket

@dpreacher I totally agree with you. The fact that Pocket was the choice and that you can't choose other services like RIL or Instapaper, or any other smaller service, is unfair.

Funny. I use pocket to save articles to read on the bus/subway. It kills time well and I get to keep up on today's news 🤷♂️ -

God, snapshots are SO useful in a testing/lab environment.

I wonder if my cat knows that I'm not a cat, or whether she thinks I'm just a really tall cat 🤔

*Scratches head embarrassingly* I actually use the pocket feature a lot. I WOULD like it to be decoupled from FF however. -

@DistroJunkie Any specific reason? Btw, in Klar, anonymous usage data reports are turned off by default. I've had some good luck with it, as it stays out of my way :)
