A lawyer who is also a natural medium somehow gains an artifact that amps their abilities, allowing them to control ghosts rather than just see/hear them. Uses ability to force ghosts to apport stuff out of safety deposit boxes and can also use them to attack people with violent hauntings.

Something of an antivillian/well-intentioned extremist they use the money raised from their thefts to fund pro-bono work and choses targets carefully.
