I like the idea of using Mastodon to serve as your comment method from the blog.

Memories are incomplete from that time. Our place was just north of a Chinese restaurant. It could have been called Chin's, I suppose, and it did open around the time we were there. My parents ran a tableware store called Dirigo Distributors. We ate at the restaurant many times.

Good things do often appear behind storage doors.

4:40 pick up grandchildren from the mall
5:15 drive son to U-Haul to return a moving truck
5:45 arrive home to find next-door neighbor about to go out (but with a flat tire)
6:30 finish changing tire to find that the car needs to be jump-started.
6:44 Sit down, slightly soaked with sweat to watch the last quarter of the Packers/Cowboys football game.

Supper...some time in my future.

That's the one reason that makes sense to me.

I don't really WANT to track two accounts, but didn't want to entirely miss the fediverse experience while .cloud got fixed.

It is very impressive that admins are working hard to keep the system of multiple servers working together.

Choosing a server means choosing an admin/team.

I hope instance users will always consider providing the admins some support.
