Matt Colville dropping knowledge on how to be a good #dnd player. I shared this with my players because I thought it was interesting, particularly the bits about discovering character motivation at the table. But in thinking about it my players already do everything Matt suggests here, and avoid the things he warns against. I have amazing players, y'all, and I am so grateful to have them while I fumble through dungeon mastering.

spending the last bits of my vacation doing a little sketching for some interlocking #dnd puzzles. like all good temples, this one contains secret messages in the stone mosaics.

@djsundog there is some serious work still to be done to define the physics that accounts for Fred Schneider being detectable by standard apparatus in this universe.
