A year ago now, I built the toot-lab as a place to evaluate and experiment with this new software.

It's been a amazing year for experiencing the growth of these intertwined communities of the fediverse, and the toot-lab has given me a comfortable vantage point from which to listen and speak.

But change is inevitable.

I start a lot of projects. Some never see the light of day. Some never live long enough to see a second day.

This one brewed for a while, wavering out of existence and back in, and it's now solid enough to acknowledge.
