@roka hes honestly probably the dumbest person ive come across on here. Not a single interaction hes had with me or anyone else has been worthwhile on any level.
Have not seen a single user on freespeechextremeist that isn't a literal neonazi or fascist sympathizer. Congrats to you guys on being the first instance so terrible even I have to suspend it lol
I generally don't block whole instances but if you're someone whos posting racial slurs and/or harassing people in public regularly you can expect to get silenced or suspended.
@Gargron sounds like george lucas syndrome. No one's willing to tell her to cut out all her stupid ideas anymore. If she wrote a book today it'd probably have the same problems
@bonzoesc@kyzh@ilovecomputers She is at least honest about that. She basically just wants to just shift economic policy back to what it was during the Reagan years. Sadly, that's better than all the other democratic candidates aside from Sanders, but it's too little, too late in the face of climate change and rising fascism.
@kyzh@ilovecomputers I don't really care if a candidate is "boring" i care if they're going actually make changes to keep people from dying in the streets or in psychopathic invasions of other countries or try to stop climate change so millions of animal species don't go extinct. This isn't a game, there are real world consequences. "Boring" is irrelevant.
@kyzh@ilovecomputers like, what does that even mean? If I have to support them what incentive do they have to change their position. That also doesn't change their record. You vote for the person you think is most likely to actually do help the country, not for the one you wish would.
@kyzh@ilovecomputers there are currently no POC running for the nomination who have an actual progressive platform or a progressive record. If there was, they would have my support. There's no point in supporting someone who isn't even running, though.
@kyzh@ilovecomputers i think the point of bernie is that he's had a consistent platform of pushing for things that will material benefit the working class, poc, women, and so on like universal healthcare, living wages, fighting climate change, and so on for the past 40+ years which no one else running can claim. Aside from Warren (who has become progressive much more recently and has already shown a willingness to make huge compromises on basically everything before she even gets to the table) no one else in the running has an even remotely good record. I already covered Harris, but the others aren't good either. Booker takes tons of money from big pharma and was actively working to decrease Americans' access to healthcare as recently as last year. Klobuchar wont even support medicare for all.
