!mydream this morning involved travelling on a train with other students. We boarded the wrong train, and this guy felt so bad for what he thibks was a musleading impression about which train to board that he came back while I was uncertain and panicked about being on the wrong train. He took my hand all the way off the train, over a bridge, onto the next train that goes back to the station we were at which arrived shortly after. Then onto the right train. ;-;

@rice I think you are one of the few that I've felt appreciate it. I've also been thinking about you when I've thought about the exercise book I've been working through on body image issues since I know you've mentioned it before. Being able to relate.

Anyways, I think I've cottened on to what this book about body image is trying to get me to think about. It is getting me to think about alternative beliefs in a situation and how I might respond to them if I believed those instead.
