@shpuld Or you could set up a multi-terminal text-only (or Xwindows!) machine. You'd need to get the right motherboard for it, but I bet you could get six terminals on the same computer. Probably run well, too.

The hottest 486 you can unearth, with the fattest RAM, the craziest video card ... I bet it has VGA. You could probably run a pretty nice Gentoo install on it.

@shpuld That's because the closet in the back is stuffed with VGA cables that nobody wants, but they sold out of DVI cables long ago.

For example, the laptop I'm using has a VGA output option.

"Intimidate" "Shoot" ... no. But that's not what's under discussion. Responding promptly to reported suicidal intend very often is (check your jurisdiction). Suicidal people being dangerous is a major concern.

But since you want to learn more, here, let me Google that for you...
