There was already some deep rot in the trunk and I knew I'd have to cut it right back soon, but not until I'd eaten a lot of nectarines.

Last time I was down at Philip Island I left half a tub of lemon gelato in the freezer and I can't stop thinking about it tonight.

@stibbons I can honestly totally live without aircon, but ducted heating is a necessity. Cold bothers me so much more than warmth.

I never want to have a home without ceiling fans again. So nice on a warm evening to just keep the air moving, not as oppressive, noisy or extreme as aircon.

@urbanfuzzy Hmm, I guess it's possible that it's not picking up the config via DNS somehow. Shouldn't be an issue these days though.

If you need to specify the server, it's "xmpp.chinwag.im" not "chinwag.im" which goes to a completely different place.

Account should always be the full JID I believe.

So full overblown form would be
/connect user@chinwag.im server xmpp.chinwag.im

Something's odd if you need to do that though.

@milan I am right with you. I own one for point-of-sale stuff that I do maybe once or twice a year, and I struggle to find a general use for it outside of that.

I have Plex installed on it, and I really just use it to watch TV or listen to podcasts in bed, since I don't care if it's out of battery in the morning.
