Food delivery is more secure and lucrative than writing, but it's physically exhausting and rest time eats into writing time. Perhaps a more fit/less depressed person could handle it but I'm pretty bad at it.

This is kinda how I felt when I first joined Mastodon in the November 2016 wave. Like everything was possible and we could all have a role in shaping it.
