@artsyhonker supposed to be in London then so it won't work out. I'd try the pills but I'm like "couldn't be any worse than I am" except I could and it's what I'm trying to avoid

He gave me a citalopram prescription and sent me on my way, even though I said I'd had it before and didn't like it

sorry if you send me a reply about that and my response isn't very good, I'm honestly grateful to anyone who takes the time to send a message

@saper no friends to call, trying to talk to internet folks sometimes helps as a distraction but usually doesn't. I fear I sound ungrateful here but that's not how I mean to sound

going to the doctor in a couple of hours because I've had a bad weekend/week/however long and now I'm feeling guilty because I don't feel that bad this morning and will always probably be ~fine~ and I'm taking up a slot someone needs more than me. on some level I know I've only managed to call them simply because I don't feel as bad. also very aware that there's extremely little real help for folks in my current condition. also I hate taking pills, side effects and remembering are hard.
