also interested in a couple of the event items more than i've been interested in any event items before. there's some pretty decent stuff this time around.

rocket league has another event on, somehow. they're just chaining events together at this point. love the new arena though...it's something i've been wanting for ages

didn't know the arena could just stop shrinking. got like 12 kills too

last time i played rainmaker i learned right at the end of it how to effectively use the rainmaker as a weapon and i am dying to refine that skill and test it out more

i'm very disappointed that i missed rainmaker today (it's not really worth hopping in for 2 matches)

in "real" government, politicians and corporations accept payoffs (donations, funding, bribes) to enact certain agendas, they control the country through rules and straight up fear, they'll send thugs (cops) after you if you do something they don't like, and they're largely above their own rules

they also have ultimate control over drugs, weapons, zoning, you name it

the government and organised crime are very similar

do you ever think about how you could rephrase organised crime as "government" and it'd pretty much be equally accurate?

not to say organised crime is objectively good, but comparing organised crime and government is a very good way to gain a bit of perspective
