Some snipped up cooking bacon, a snipped up sausage, and a diced chicken breast on to sautée gently, along with an initial seasoning of black pepper, thyme, Sriracha, garlic paste, and well aged (not sure how old it is, but probably around four years now =:) fish sauce.
Then accompanied by some finely chopped onion and a bit of leek, some sliced up baby corn, and several baby chestnut mushrooms.
Finally, brown rice (cooked a couple days ago), a little more garlic, some tomato paste, and some Dijon.
It's sort of jambalaya adjacent. ^_^ I certainly can't claim it *is*, but it's got a lot of what propels that dish, but tweaked to be a bit more vegetable-friendly, and still very low in fat. =:9
