there used to be a service online where you could upload audio and it would be piped through an old grain silo turned echo chamber and then the download would come back a few minutes later, it was really neat

i wasn't convinced it was a real echo chamber until one time the audio came back with very loud rain drumming on the roof of the silo

@jk ffs, i found a nice brass halogen floor lamp last year but the dimmer was broken so i just kinda twisted all the wires together and now it flickers and makes fizzing noises and the bulbs don't last very long

actually that wasn't very relevant

@jk i avoid this by holding the pick with all my fingers like a claw, the downside is that it looks ridiculous and i regularly cut my third finger open
