You can only call await inside async functions, though. And I have a version of code where my async function doesn't return a promise, it returns a value. I don't know what's going on with that. I'll look more into it later today, after work. :/

Argh! Before I make this change, my async function returns a value. But, afterwards, it returns a promise! What did I do to change that? :/
